Many people with little or no income find it very difficult to access good education and skill development opportunities. They may struggle due to financial problems, lack of educational resources, and scattered information.
I conducted a user research to understand the needs and challenges of the target user group.
It showed that potential users are diverse, ranging from students looking to improve their academic performance to adults seeking job skills.
To design an app that provides an immersive and accessible art gallery experience for users, regardless of their physical location, and bridges the gap between art and technology.

“Learning is my key to a brighter future, and I’m commited to unlocking its limitless potential.”
Aims to do very well in his studies and get high grades in his courses.
Wants to learn practical skills and knowledge outside of his academic curriculum.
Looks for internships or part-time jobs to gain work experience and enhance his future job opportunities.
Limited income and high education costs make it hard for Nick to access extra educational resources or courses.
He finds it difficult to identify relevant and reputable online courses among the vast amount of information available.
Without a structured learning environment, he sometimes lacks the motivation to learn effectively on his own.
Nick is a young adult with limited income who needs an easy way to access quality education to improve his knowledge and skills for personal and professional growth.

Achievement
Nick discovers an educational mobile app through online research.
He downloads and installs the app on his smartphone
I brainstormed ideas and created prototypes. I explored design options based on user insights, refining them iteratively.
Participants were asked to complete tasks such as creating an account, exploring educational resources, finding and applying for a scholarship, watching lectures and tracking their progress.
The results of the test highlighted areas where improvements could be made to enhance the overall satisfaction.
For users who have limited access to internet, I have implemented a feature that allows users to download the course content so that they can still watch the lectures offline.
I found that users, mainly people looking for good education even if they don't have much money, really need a tool that is easy to use and open to everyone. Money problems are a big issue for them, so the resources need to be affordable. People like it when learning is fun and can happen at home, and they want to feel safe while doing it. They want to learn to get better jobs or to become better at things they love.
